I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to use the mobile sauna provided by Escape Saunas Alaska.

I understand that the use of a sauna involves potential risks, including but not limited to:

• Dehydration or overheating

• Fainting or dizziness

• Cardiovascular stress

• Injury from slips, falls, or improper use

• Aggravation of pre-existing health conditions

  I certify that I am in good health and do not have any conditions that would make the use of a sauna unsafe for me, including but not limited to:

• Cardiovascular disease

• Respiratory issues

• Pregnancy (unless cleared by a physician)

• High or low blood pressure

• Diabetes

• Epilepsy or seizures

• Heart or circulatory conditions

• Sensitivity to heat or dehydration

  Participant Agreement

  By signing below, I agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk – I acknowledge and voluntarily accept all risks associated with the use of the mobile sauna. I understand that sauna use is not recommended when consuming alcohol or with drug use.

1. Release of Liability – I release and hold harmless Escape Saunas Alaska, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all liability for injury, illness, damages, or death resulting from my participation.

2. Medical Advice – I affirm that I have either consulted with a physician before using the sauna or voluntarily chose not to, understanding the potential risks.

3. Rules Compliance – I agree to follow all posted rules and instructions provided by staff.

4. No Supervision Guarantee – I understand that this is a self-directed experience and staff

   may not be present during my use.

5. Fire and Heat Acknowledgement- I understand that the sauna uses a wood-fired stove and contains extremely hot surfaces, including exposed metal, glass and stones. I agree to exercise caution around all heat sources and acknowledge that accidental burns, embers, or contact with hot surfaces may result in injury. I will not place flammable materials near the fire. I accept full responsibility for avoiding unsafe behavior near the stove or firebox and will keep a safe distance from the stove at all times. I understand the risk of burns or fire-related injury if safety guidelinesAccidental trips or touching any heat source is entirely my responsibility.

6. Minors and Sauna Use- Children under 18 may only use the sauna with a parent or legal guardian present at all times. I understand the risks of heat exposure in children and accept full responsibility for the safety and behavior of any minor in my care. I will ensure that sauna temperatures and session times are appropriate for the child’s age and health condition.
